A delicious peppermint-flavored espresso drink perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 3 ounces espresso
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2–3 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup milk (of your choice)
- ice cubes (for glass)
Instructions
- Fill a large glass with ice.
- To the hot espresso, add the cocoa, maple syrup, and peppermint extract and whisk.
- Pour the espresso mixture into the glass of ice, add the milk, and stir well.
- Top with whipped cream, candy cane bits, and/or chocolate shavings!
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by increasing or decreasing the maple syrup.
- For a non-dairy version, use almond or oat milk.
- Add extra toppings like whipped cream for an indulgent treat.
