Ingredients
Scale
- 4 fillets salmon (6 oz each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup caper berries, rinsed

- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

- Reduce heat to low and stir in butter until melted, creating a silky sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- This recipe can be served with a side of steamed vegetables or over a bed of rice for a complete meal.
- For added flavor, incorporate a splash of white wine while simmering the lemon juice.
