Description

This creamy pumpkin dip is perfect for fall gatherings and can be served with graham crackers, sliced apples, or gingersnap cookies.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • to serve Graham crackers and/or sliced apples
  • optional crushed gingersnap cookies or graham crackers for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Cool Whip, pumpkin pie filling, vanilla extract, and salt with a hand mixer on medium speed until the dip is light and airy.
  2. Chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
  3. Top with crushed gingersnaps, graham crackers, or a dusting of cinnamon before serving.
