This creamy pumpkin dip is perfect for fall gatherings and can be served with graham crackers, sliced apples, or gingersnap cookies.

- 1 cup pumpkin pie filling
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- to serve Graham crackers and/or sliced apples
- optional crushed gingersnap cookies or graham crackers for topping
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Cool Whip, pumpkin pie filling, vanilla extract, and salt with a hand mixer on medium speed until the dip is light and airy.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
- Top with crushed gingersnaps, graham crackers, or a dusting of cinnamon before serving.
