- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the bittersweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, then gently fold in mini marshmallows and chopped nuts until evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
- For a variation, try adding different types of nuts or a sprinkle of sea salt on top before chilling.
