A delicious layered dessert with a pretzel crust, cream cheese filling, and strawberry Jell-O topping.

- 2 cups crushed small pretzels
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz whipped topping
- 1 cup strawberries (or mixed berries), sliced
- 6 oz strawberry-flavored Jell-O
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar until evenly coated. Spread in a greased baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
- Prepare Jell-O according to package instructions. Stir in sliced strawberries after cooling slightly.
- Once the pretzel crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture over it evenly. Pour the Jell-O mixture on top and chill for at least four hours before serving.
Notes
- For best results, let the dessert chill overnight.
- You can substitute mixed berries for strawberries if desired.
