Ingredients

Scale
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed (dried dill)
  • 2 T capers, drained and finely chopped
  • 3 T dill pickle relish
  • 1/2 tsp. Beau Monde Seasoning

Instructions

  1. You can whisk this together in a bowl or use the bowl attachment of an Immersion Blender.
  2. Measure out the Greek yogurt and mayo and whisk together or blend.
  3. Add the dried dill weed, chopped capers, dill pickle relish, and Beau Monde Seasoning.
  4. Whisk or blend to combine. Mixture should be chunky.
  5. Refrigerate for a few hours before using for best flavor.
  6. This tartar sauce will keep in the refrigerator for a few weeks.

Notes

  • This recipe uses Greek yogurt for a creamy texture, but you can substitute sour cream if desired.
  • For a chunkier texture, avoid over-processing when using an immersion blender.
