Description

A delicious and easy cheesy taco dip perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional but recommended)

Instructions

  1. Blend the cottage cheese in a blender, food processor, or immersion blender until smooth.
  2. Add in the grated cheese, taco seasoning, and nutritional yeast if using, and blend again until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals for one minute or until the cheese is melted.
  4. Serve as is, with chopped-up green onions, or even salsa on top. Enjoy this dip with tortilla chips, veggies, protein chips, or by the spoonful!
