Delicious and creamy buffalo chicken casserole that’s perfect for any gathering!
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix all of the ingredients together (except for 1/2 cup of cheese) in a large mixing bowl.
- Place the mixture in a baking dish or casserole dish (8×8 or 8×11).
- Top with the remaining cheese and extra parsley, if desired.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Enjoy!
