Description

Delicious and creamy buffalo chicken casserole that’s perfect for any gathering!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together (except for 1/2 cup of cheese) in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Place the mixture in a baking dish or casserole dish (8×8 or 8×11).
  4. Top with the remaining cheese and extra parsley, if desired.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Enjoy!
