Delicious grilled chicken thighs marinated in yogurt and spices for a flavorful dish.
Ingredients

- 1 kg 2 lb Chicken thighs, Boneless and skinless and cut lengthways
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Ground cumin
- 0 tsp Cinnamon
- 0 tsp Dried chilli flakes
- 2 tsp Garlic granules (or 3 cloves of fresh garlic)
- 1 Lemon (Zest and juice)
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yoghurt, lemon zest + juice, spices, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 mins.
- Preheat grill or pan to medium-high.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill for 6–8 mins per side or until golden and cooked through.
- Baste with leftover marinade for extra flavor (optional).
- Let rest a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with Pink Pickled Onions and Shack Sauce for extra zing.
Notes
- Marinating longer than 30 mins can enhance the flavor.
- Ensure the grill is preheated for best results.
