Description

This peanut sauce is a creamy and flavorful addition to your dishes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled)
  • 12 tablespoons sriracha
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until really creamy.
  2. As is, this sauce is the perfect consistency for dunking but just add a little water if you want the sauce a little thinner for drizzling or tossing through noodles.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha to taste for spiciness.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
