Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 12 tbsp hot sauce (like Sriracha)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange salmon in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
  4. While salmon bakes, combine honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice in a small saucepan.
  5. Heat over medium, stirring until warm and combined. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
  6. Transfer baked salmon bites to a serving plate.
  7. Drizzle with hot honey glaze and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve immediately.
