Deliciously cooked salmon bites drizzled with a sweet and spicy honey glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1–2 tbsp hot sauce (like Sriracha)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- Arrange salmon in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.
- While salmon bakes, combine honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium, stirring until warm and combined. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted.
- Transfer baked salmon bites to a serving plate.
- Drizzle with hot honey glaze and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
