A delicious creamy chicken pasta dish featuring tender chicken breasts, garlic, and fresh Parmesan cheese.

- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lbs)
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sauté until golden brown (about 5 minutes per side). Remove from pot and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the same pot and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Return chicken to the pot along with pasta, heavy cream, chicken broth, and dried herbs. Stir well.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
