- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the cottage cheese and eggs to a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly into a thin oval or rectangle.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and firm to the touch. Let it cool slightly before removing from the parchment.
- Slice into strips or squares and serve as desired.
