Description

A delicious breakfast parfait made with Weet-Bix, blueberries, yogurt, and kiwi.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pieces Weet-Bix
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Natural Yogurt
  • 1 piece Kiwi Fruit
  • 1/4 cup Flaked Almonds

Instructions

  1. Warm the blueberries in a small saucepan on low heat for about 2-3 minutes until just defrosted.
  2. Roughly break the Weet-Bix into pieces and distribute them into your serving jars.
  3. Spoon the warm blueberries over the Weet-Bix.
  4. Dollop a layer of natural yogurt over the blueberries.
  5. Slice the kiwi fruit and arrange it over the yogurt.
  6. Repeat the layers with another portion of Weet-Bix, more blueberries, and yogurt.
  7. Sprinkle flaked almonds on top for added crunch.

  • Greek yogurt is a wonderful alternative to natural yogurt.
