Description
A delicious breakfast parfait made with Weet-Bix, blueberries, yogurt, and kiwi.

- 2 pieces Weet-Bix
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Natural Yogurt
- 1 piece Kiwi Fruit
- 1/4 cup Flaked Almonds
Instructions
- Warm the blueberries in a small saucepan on low heat for about 2-3 minutes until just defrosted.
- Roughly break the Weet-Bix into pieces and distribute them into your serving jars.
- Spoon the warm blueberries over the Weet-Bix.
- Dollop a layer of natural yogurt over the blueberries.
- Slice the kiwi fruit and arrange it over the yogurt.
- Repeat the layers with another portion of Weet-Bix, more blueberries, and yogurt.
- Sprinkle flaked almonds on top for added crunch.
Notes
- Greek yogurt is a wonderful alternative to natural yogurt.
- Can substitute kiwi fruit with strawberries or bananas.
- Use alternative nuts or seeds if preferred.
