Description

This delicious chicken and spinach casserole is creamy, cheesy, and perfect for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish with olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, fresh spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream with half of the Parmesan cheese and whisk until combined.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and spinach mixture and gently stir until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly. Top with the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving warm.
