- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
- 1 can cherries, drained and chopped
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and equipment including a mixing bowl, a spatula, and a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In the mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, melted chocolate chips, chopped cherries, cocoa powder, chopped nuts (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined into a sticky mixture.
- Use your hands to scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the rolled balls on the parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 15-20 minutes until firm.
